1. Displayed Currency

All prices on our website are originally set in GBP (£).

International customers may automatically see prices displayed in their local currency through Shopify Markets.

Examples include:

* USA → USD ($)

* Europe → EUR (€)

* Australia → AUD ($)

* Canada → CAD ($)

* UAE → AED

* Saudi Arabia → SAR

This is designed to provide a smooth and localised shopping experience.

 

2. Checkout Currency

If you pay using Shopify Payments (our secure payment provider):

* Your payment will be processed in your selected or local currency (where supported)

* The total shown at checkout is the amount charged by us

* Currency conversion is handled automatically by our payment provider

This applies to:

* Product prices

* Shipping costs

* Duties and taxes (where applicable)

Your bank or payment provider may apply additional fees, which are outside of our control.

 

3. Duties & Taxes Currency

For international orders:

* Duties, taxes, and customs fees may be calculated at checkout where supported

* These charges are paid upfront by the customer where applicable

This helps reduce the likelihood of additional charges on delivery.

Duties and taxes are non-refundable, as they are collected by your country’s customs authorities.

 

4. Currency Conversion Accuracy

Currency exchange rates are updated automatically by Shopify on a regular basis.

This helps ensure:

* Fair and up-to-date pricing

* Transparency at checkout

We do not apply additional conversion fees.

Your bank or card provider may apply its own fees or exchange rates.

  

5. If Checkout Displays in GBP

In some cases, checkout may default to GBP (£).

This may happen if:

* A payment method does not support multi-currency

* A local currency is not supported

* A VPN or browser setting affects country detection

Most major currencies are supported, so this situation is uncommon.

 

6. Refund Currency

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and in the same currency used at checkout.

The final amount received may vary slightly due to:

* Bank exchange rates

* Currency fluctuations

* Bank or provider fees

These differences are outside of our control.
