1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following secure payment methods:

· Shop Pay
All payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers.
2. Pre-Order Payments
Rose & Co Bare® operates on a pre-order model.
This means:
· Your payment is taken in full at the time of purchase
· This secures your order and allows us to begin production
· Payment includes production, fulfilment, and shipping costs (excluding duties which are calculated at checkout)
Pre-orders cannot be placed without payment.
3. Currency
All prices on our website are displayed in GBP (£).
International customers can view pricing in their local currency using Shopify’s currency selector, but checkout will process in GBP unless a multi-currency payment provider is active.
4. Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international customers:
· Any import duties, taxes or customs fees are calculated at checkout
· These fees are paid upfront by the customer
· Your parcel will arrive with no additional charges on delivery
· These fees are non-refundable, as they go directly to your country’s customs authority
5. Payment Security
Your payment details are protected by:
· PCI-compliant payment gateways
· Encrypted processing
· Secure checkout technology
We do not store or have access to your full card details.
6. Payment Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive:
1. Order confirmation email
2. Pre-order production timeline
3. Shipping confirmation with tracking once dispatched
Please check your spam/junk folder if emails do not appear.
7. Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment fails:
· No order will be created
· No production will begin
· You will need to reorder once the issue is resolved

8. Pricing Errors
If a pricing or checkout error occurs:
· We reserve the right to cancel any order affected by a genuine pricing mistake
· You will be notified and refunded in full
· You may reorder at the correct price if you wish
This provision is standard across all e-commerce retailers.
9. Fraud & Security Checks
For your protection and ours:
· We may request identity verification for high-value or suspicious orders
· We may cancel and refund any order flagged as fraudulent
This helps keep our customers safe and prevents misuse of payment systems.
