At Rose & Co Bare®, all pieces are created using a pre-order model. 

Each item is made specifically for you once your order is placed — allowing for a more considered approach to production and reduced waste. 

 

What This Means

When you place an order: 

·       Your piece is added to our production schedule 

·       It is made specifically for you

·       It is not taken from pre-made stock

 

Production Timeline

 

Production typically takes 2–3 weeks. 

Once complete: 

·       Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days 

·       You will receive tracking confirmation by email 

Delivery times vary by location and are outlined in our Shipping Policy. 

 

Delivery

 

All orders are sent using tracked delivery. 

Please note: 

·       Delivery timeframes are estimates 

·       Delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. customs or courier processes)

 

International Orders

 

For international customers: 

·       Duties and taxes may be calculated at checkout where applicable 

·       These are collected upfront where supported

This helps reduce additional charges on delivery. 

 

Changes to Your Order

 

Because items are made to order: 

·       Amendments may be requested within a short period after purchase 

·       Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible

If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible. 

 

Returns

 

Your statutory rights still apply. 

Eligible items may be returned in line with our Returns Policy, provided they meet hygiene and condition requirements.
