1. Pre-Order Production
Rose & Co Bare operates on a pre-order model.
This means each piece is made especially for you once your order is placed.
· Production time is typically 2–3 weeks, unless otherwise stated
· Your order will be dispatched once production is complete
Pre-order production time is separate from delivery time.
2. Processing & Dispatch
Once your items are ready:
· Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days
· You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link
· Orders are not dispatched on weekends or UK bank holidays
3. Delivery Times (Standard Tracked)
All orders are shipped using Standard Tracked Delivery.
Estimated delivery times:
· UK: 2–5 working days
· Europe: 5–10 working days
· USA & Canada: 7–14 working days
· Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 working days
· Middle East & Asia: 7–14 working days
· Africa & South America: 10–25 working days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing or local postal delays.
4. Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders:
· Import duties, VAT, and customs taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable
· These charges are paid upfront by the customer, not on delivery
This helps ensure a smooth delivery experience without unexpected charges.
Duties and taxes are non-refundable, as they are collected by your country’s customs authorities.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
· Destination
· Parcel weight
· Parcel size
The full delivery cost will always be shown before payment is completed.
6. Tracking
All orders include:
· A tracking number
· A tracking link sent via email once dispatched
Customers are responsible for monitoring their delivery using the tracking link provided.
7. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
· We cannot refund or replace orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
· If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping fees will apply
8. Missed Deliveries / Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because:
· It was not collected from a depot, or
· Delivery attempts were missed
The customer will be responsible for covering re-delivery costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
9. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
· Customs processing
· Local postal services
· Weather conditions
· Strikes
· Remote-area routing
These factors are outside of our control once the parcel has been dispatched.
10. Lost or Missing Parcels
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel:
1. Check with neighbours or others at the delivery address
2. Check safe places around your property
3. Contact the courier using your tracking number
If the parcel cannot be located, please contact us at [your email].
We will open an investigation with the courier.
A replacement or refund will only be issued once the courier confirms the parcel is lost.
11. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged:
· Take clear photos of the external packaging and the item
· Contact us as soon as possible after delivery
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
12. Responsibility After Delivery
Once tracking confirms successful delivery, the parcel is considered delivered.
We cannot be held responsible for:
· Stolen parcels
· Parcels taken from doorsteps
· Parcels delivered to designated safe places
Please ensure you select a secure delivery address.
13. Pre-Order Delivery Timelines
Pre-order delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that:
· Production timelines may vary due to manufacturing or supply factors
· Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed
If significant delays occur, we will notify you and provide updates.
