Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to return eligible items purchased online.
To qualify for a return:
· The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
· The hygiene seal must be fully intact and unbroken (where applicable)
· Items must be returned in their original packaging
If the hygiene seal is removed, broken, or tampered with, the item becomes non-returnable.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty:
· Thongs / G-strings (all styles)
This is a strict hygiene requirement, and no exceptions can be made unless the product is confirmed faulty.
3. Return Window
You must notify us of your intention to return an item within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your return request has been reviewed and confirmed to meet our return criteria, you will be provided with instructions to return the item.
You then have 14 additional days to send the item back to us.
Returns requested or received outside of these timeframes may not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued only for items that:
· Meet our return eligibility criteria
· Are unworn and unused
· Have the hygiene seal intact (where applicable)
· Pass inspection upon return
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is confirmed faulty.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for faulty items.
To process a faulty item exchange:
1. The item must be returned and inspected
2. Once the fault is confirmed, we will replace the item with the same product, size, and colour (subject to availability)
3. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued
We do not offer exchanges for size, preference, or change of mind.
6. Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.
Please include:
· A description of the issue
· Clear photographs of the fault
Faults will be assessed in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Manufacturing faults will be replaced or refunded.
Damage caused by wear, incorrect washing, or misuse is not considered a manufacturing fault.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is confirmed faulty.
We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Rose & Co Bare® is not responsible for lost or untracked return parcels.
8. International Orders
For international returns:
· Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is confirmed faulty
Import duties, customs fees, and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable, as these are collected by your country’s customs authorities.
9. Items Returned in Non-Refundable Condition
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if:
· The hygiene seal has been removed or damaged
· The item shows signs of wear, use, or damage
· The item contains makeup, perfume, deodorant, marks, or odours
· The item has been washed or altered
· The item is not returned within the stated timeframes
If a return is declined, the item will not be reshipped unless return postage is paid by the customer.
10. How to Request a Return

Include:
· Your order number
· The item(s) you wish to return
· The reason for return
· Photographs (if the item is faulty)
We will respond with instructions on how to proceed.
11. Pre-OrderS
Items purchased on a pre-order basis are made to order.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the estimated production and delivery timelines provided at checkout.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to production or supply delays.
If significant delays occur, customers will be notified and given the option to wait or request a refund, in line with their statutory rights.
12. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
